Roma back to Kollywood with Vanchikottai Valiban

Roma is back to Kollywood after a long gap. After her debut film Kathale En Kathale, Roma is all set to do her second tamil film. The film named " Vanchikottai Valiban " will have Shakthi opposite Roma Asrani. Roma will be doing a negative character in this film.

The film directed by S.K Jeeva is not a remake of the Gemini Ganeshan classic of yester year. The film's music is by newcomer Sadaga Paravaigal Shankar. The movie is being produced by Krithika and Bhagavath Singh under the banner Gandharva Celluloid Creators.

The new Vanchikottu Valiban is a romantic entertainer with sentiments on the lines Anbe Vaa, Ooty Varai Ooravu.Vanji refers to a girl, and by Vanjikottai, I mean her heart. And the Valiban is the hero who wins her over,” says the director, who reveals that the heroine is actually the villain to the story. As per the director the film also conveys a good message.

For Roma Asrani, a Chennai girl who made it big in Malayalam, a film with Sakthi is a big break.
